Connecting Avenue to Zendesk takes just a few minutes and lets you write information from Avenue back to Zendesk. You can configure monitors to create tickets in Zendesk when a signal is triggered by a monitor run. Avenue comments, assignee updates, and status updates will propagate to the Zendesk ticket. Commenting on the ticket in Zendesk will sync the comments back to Avenue, and by extension any dependent subscribers for that signal.
