We are excited to announce the launch of Playbooks in Avenue. You can now combine alerting and the steps that follow in Avenue.
Following an alert, you can add playbook steps, including tasks, forms, outbound messages, chatGPT summary. You have the option to branch steps or add conditional branching.
What are we announcing today?
Playbooks, the series of actions that happen after an alert fires. These actions can be manual or automated. In Avenue, you can now assign tasks and track time to resolution.
What's an example of a playbook?
When a new customer signs up for Avenue, a signal is fired from Stripe indicating they put their credit card down. There are a set of steps the sales team must then follow, which include sending an onboarding email, making sure Salesforce info is correct, creating a workspace for the customer, and adding to the finance tracker.
Are playbooks right for me?
